These terms and conditions apply to all our vehicles unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Age limit for all vehicles is 20 years and only Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish driving licenses are valid. The rental includes 150 kilometers, then each kilometer is charged - 28 sek/mile.

 The vehicle may be used for normal use by the lessee. Under no circumstances may the vehicle be used by any person other than the lessee. Exceptions are made if there is written consent from FZC AB. The lessee is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is driven only by the person according to the contract. The vehicle may under no circumstances leave the borders of Sweden as long as nothing else is agreed in writing with FZC AB. All our cars are equipped with GPS and data logger. Should the car leave the borders of Sweden, a report will be made immediately to the authorities. In the event of careless driving, a fee of SEK 25,000 including VAT for wear and tear will be charged.

The renter is aware that the rental agreement will terminate with immediate effect if the vehicle is driven outside the approved area. The renter is responsible for all additional costs that would arise if the vehicle leaves the approved area without permission without written consent from FZC AB.

It is not allowed to

 to rent the vehicle to someone else

 to transport people or goods for payment

 to use the vehicle as a jump starter, tow, pull or move other vehicles.

 to use the vehicle in any competitive context.

 smoking, having animals or transporting chemicals in the vehicle.

 loading the vehicle above the maximum permitted weight, driving the vehicle on surfaces that could cause any form of damage.

 to park the vehicle in an area where there is a risk of vandalism. Should this happen, FZC AB will collect the car with immediate effect and a fee of 5000 SEK including VAT will be charged to the renter.

2. The rent for the vehicle is specified on the receipt received by the renter from FZC AB. The renter is responsible for paying the rent for the vehicle together with any other costs specified in the agreement. If the rent is to be paid by another renter, for example a legal entity is involved, the renter is still responsible for all possible costs by signature, as a source of security that all costs related to the rent have been paid. FZB AB has the right to charge a deposit for the cost of the rent. Full refund will be made within 5-10 banking days after the rental has ended as long as no other costs have arisen. FZC AB has the right to invoice costs that have arisen after the rental period. Costs for vehicle fluids such as oil, washer fluid or fuel are not included in the vehicle rental. FZC AB applies that the car is rented with a full tank of fuel. After the end of the rental, FZC AB will refuel the car with the used volume of fuel and invoice the renter. In the case of an electric car, the car must be returned with at least a 90% charged battery, otherwise 7 sek/KWH will be charged. Fully paid rent can be changed no later than 48 hours after booking or 7 days before the vehicle is to be picked up, whichever comes first. If cancellation occurs within this time frame, the rent will be refunded with the amount paid. Cancellations must be made to email info@fzcrental.com or by telephone. Cancellations or changes that occur outside of this will not be refunded. If the rental cost or fees incurred during the rental period are to be invoiced to the customer, FZB AB has the right to charge an invoicing cost of 195 sek including VAT. If the rental amount or any additional costs are not paid on time, FZB AB has the right to charge interest at the current repo rate set by the Swedish Central Bank plus a percentage of 10%, minimum 195 SEK including VAT. FZB AB has the right to charge any reminders, delays or collection costs according to law. FZB AB has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this rental agreement.

3. FZB AB may cancel the agreement without notice. When canceling the agreement, FZB AB is not obliged to compensate the lessee for costs that may have arisen as a result of this under any circumstances. Should FZB AB cancel the rental agreement, the lessee is entitled to a full refund of the rental cost paid. Compensation for any costs that may arise in the event of any indirect or consequential losses is not compensated by FZC AB under any circumstances.

4. FZB AB is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in good condition, maintained according to the service plan and roadworthy. Oil, coolant and tire pressure and that the correct fuel is used are in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations. Should the vehicle indicate any form of service message during the rental period, the lessee is obliged to immediately inform FZC AB of this.

5. The renter must immediately inform FZC AB of any breakdown, damage or theft that occurs during the rental period. The renter must observe and obey any warning messages from the car. Should this occur, FZC AB will instruct the renter on any measures to take. If insurance claims arise, the renter is obliged to submit a damage report to FZC AB. If the vehicle, vehicle key or damage is stolen by an unknown person, the renter is obliged to immediately file a police report at the location where the theft/damage occurred and send a copy to FZC AB. Should the renter not act in accordance with the rules under number 5, the renter is responsible for all costs that arise as a result.

6. FZC AB ensures that the vehicle is in good working order. Should downtime occur during the rental period due to the condition of the vehicle, the lessee is entitled to a full refund of the rental payment. Exceptions are made if FZC AB can provide a similar vehicle during the period. If downtime occurs due to traffic or damage to the road surface or theft that makes it impossible to drive the vehicle, FZC AB is entitled to cancel the rental agreement. If FZC AB chooses to cancel the agreement, FZC AB is not obliged to refund the rental fee paid and will under no circumstances reimburse any costs, whether consequential or inconsistent, due to this.

7. The renter is responsible for fees incurred for financial penalties, such as.

 Violation of tolls

 Overweight, customs

 Traffic and parking fines that may arise during the rental period.

If the tenant does not pay any fees/fines before the due date and the invoice goes to FZC AB, which is forced to pay, FZB AB will charge an administrative cost of 1000 SEK including VAT in addition to the amount of the fee/fine for each individual case.

In addition, a fee of 1000 SEK including VAT will be charged to the renter if FZC AB has to provide the Police or other authorities with identification of the renter or driver. It is the renter's responsibility to be aware of the laws and regulations in Sweden.

8. In the event of damage or loss of the vehicle, the lessee is obliged to immediately notify the insurance company, FZC AB, and file a police report. The lessee is responsible for damage and possible loss of the vehicle. Exceptions are made for damage that occurs due to normal wear and tear. If the lessee is responsible for damage or loss of the vehicle, the deductibles are according to point 9 below. However, if damage occurs because the lessee caused damage intentionally or through gross negligence, there is no limit to how large the claim for damages can be.

Renter is not liable for damage arising from normal wear and tear or wear and tear that was on the vehicle at the beginning of the rental period. Renter is also exempt from liability if the damage is caused by an insured third party.

9. The renter undertakes to go through the car before the rental period begins together with FZC AB and note any defects. The renter undertakes to pay compensation for damage/loss according to the table below.

 Damage to vehicle/rim - up to 20,000 SEK incl. VAT

 Motor vehicle insurance - 10,000 SEK incl. VAT

 Burglary - up to 10,000 SEK incl. VAT

 Theft - 10,000 SEK incl. VAT

 Theft with key - market value of vehicle

 Fire - SEK 10,000 including VAT

 Glass damage - up to 5,000 SEK including VAT

 Salvage/rescue - up to 10,000 SEK incl. VAT

10. At the end of the rental period, the renter undertakes to return the car where it was picked up or possibly another location if agreed with FZC AB. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed period, the renter undertakes to pay compensation set at 500 SEK including VAT per started hour. Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when the rental period started. The exception is normal wear and tear and normal dirt. FZC AB and the renter undertake to jointly examine the car upon return and together determine the condition of the car. Should the renter not return the car in condition according to the agreement, the renter undertakes to pay reasonable compensation to restore the vehicle to the agreed condition. Use of vehicles outside the rental period is prohibited and is considered a criminal act that entails a claim for compensation.

12. FZC AB has the right to terminate the agreement if

 the tenant does not make full payment for the rental period

 the vehicle is subjected to abnormal use or gross negligence

 the tenant does not comply with this agreement in any way

 the renter's driver's license is revoked

 the lessee risks neglecting the FZC AB brand

13. Renters/drivers who violate this agreement or cause any form of damage to FZC AB will, as a routine, be reported to the blacklist of the Swedish Car Rental Association. The blacklist is distributed to all car rental companies as a recommendation not to rent out cars to people on the list. Upon request by the Police Authority, FZC AB will provide information about renters/drivers. Renters and FZC AB agree by signing this agreement that all data about renters will be processed correctly.

14. The renter is aware that FZC AB has the right with immediate effect to cancel the agreement and repossess the vehicle if FZC AB believes that the agreement is not being maintained or finds any other risk with the rental. This does not only apply if the vehicle is not returned within the agreed time or the vehicle is used outside the approved area. This means that FCZ AB, authorities or other parties acting in the interest of FZC AB have the right to repossess the vehicle without the renter's consent.
