The Porsche GT3 RS intake system has been designed to offer a more efficient flow path to the engine compared to the original airbox. By using Eventuri's patented Venturi housing concept, airflow can negotiate through the filters with a much less flexible path, reducing system resistance. Furthermore, by increasing the total volume in the inlet, the maximum flow capacity has also increased. By using custom filters with an outer diameter of 192mm or 7.5″ and a filtration surface of over 110,000mm² per filter, Eventuri has made maximum use of the available space. Inlet temperatures have also been minimized by ensuring a tight system and by using carbon fibre, which has a low thermal conductivity across the wall thickness. The resulting system provides real performance gains and a noticeable improvement in throttle response.

Each intake system consists of:

- Carbon fiber filter housing with double Venturi design

- Custom high-flow dry cone filters

- Inlet ducts in carbon fiber

- Silicone coupling with internal ladder

- Laser-cut brackets in stainless steel
